Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to bookings and stays at Wow Apartments Tenerife.

Reservations and payment

A reservation is confirmed after the required payment has been received. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the reservation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 15:00. Check-out is required by 11:00. Guests should inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund conditions are those shown with the selected offer at the time of booking.

Apartment rules

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
Lost keys or damage caused through negligence may incur an additional charge.
